I have owned property in Sayulita for almost 25 years and have seen the many changes lovely little Sayulita has gone through. From a sleepy little fishing village, to a surfing destination, to a Pueblo Magico with many cultural, music, and art events.

I love long walks on the beach and through the jungle to the undeveloped beach north of the property. The sunsets are awesome, as are the starry nights. The town has a great Expat and Mexican community and offers lots of opportunities to be social, enjoy great food and music, weekly seasonal farmers market and lots of great shops, something for everyone to enjoy.

I rent out the three houses I own there and also my home in Healdsburg, Calif in Sonoma County Wine Country. I travel a lot and spend as much time in the summer back East in the Berkshires where I grew up.

I have always liked to travel and renting out my homes has allowed me to afford to maintain them, travel, and share my special places with others, which I enjoy.
